Arsenal
will host Manchester United this weekend in a Barclays Premier League clash.
Both the sides have been lacking in the defensive areas this season and for
Manchester United injury problems have been the reason so far.
Good news for the home side but bad for the visitors:
Phil
Jones, Marcos Rojo, Jonny Evans, Rafael all are out with their injury problems
and recently goalkeeper David de Gea has dislocated his finger of right hand
and is also set to miss this clash. Daley Blind has also picked up an
injury which has sidelined for atleast a month. The Dutchman joined the injury
list while playing for Netherlands few days ago. Also midfielder Michael
Carrick, Angel Di Maria and full-back Luke Shaw all out suffered injuries
during the international duty.
What
more good for the home side is that Mikel Arteta is set to return along with
Olivier Giroud who has been out since August.
Bad news for the home side but good
for the visitors:
Manchester United attacker Radamel Falcao is eyeing a return after being sidelined with an
injury. The Colombian who signed a two-year loan contract is yet to show his
ability in the Premier League. He has only scored a goal since his move.
Robin
van Persie and Wayne Rooney are likely to start upfront even if the former
Porto star returns.
bad is that Arsenal will still lose :D
