Manchester
United legend Paul Scholes reveals that Angel di Maria is not enjoying his life
at his new club Manchester United.
Angel di Maria arrived at Old Trafford on 26th August 2014 from Spanish giants Real Madrid. He played five seasons before moving to England for a fee around £60million.
Manchester
United former midfielder Paul Scholes believes that the Argentina international
does not look like a happy man here at Old Trafford despite of performing in the Red jersey. He
was happier at Real Madrid as compared to his current days.
The
Red Devils are struggling this season, currently on 10th place with
13 points in 10 games. Di Maria has been impressive since his first game
individually but the team is not upto the mark.
Even
Scholes said that the mood of players is also one of the reason of such performance.
Scholes
wrote in his column for Evening Standard, “I am also worried that the mood
among the United players seems a bit low key”.
Di
Maria used to celebrate too many goals in every game with Cristiano Ronaldo for
Madrid. But Here at United he is struggling to get the results. Even Southampton
and West Ham are going better according to Scholes.
Scholes
cleared in the end that the fans might be thinking that he looks happy but not
as happy as he used to.
