Dani Alves didn’t name any club that he wants to join in future but has expressed his desire to play in Premier League. He did not even reveal why he wants to quit Barcelona after having so many wonderful years full of glory.
The
31-year-old full-back told Brazilian newspaper O Globo: “I am moving to England
next year.” He also added that this is his last year in Spain.
“I
am going to play in the cradle of football. This will be my last year at
Barcelona.”
The
Brazil international was signed by Barcelona in 2008 from Sevilla. Barca paid £30million in total for him which made him one of the world's most expensive defenders.
He
has played 303 games for the Catalans and has won four La Liga titles, two
Champions League titles, two Copa del Rey titles, two UEFA Super Cup titles and
two Club World Cup at the Camp Nou.
This
news will give many big names a boost to sign a World Class full-back next year even he
is over 30.
Which
side should he prefer next year?
