Chelsea
who are fighting Arsenal for Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira might have to
look for other options as Khedira is set to prefer Arsenal.
Reports
have also claimed that Khedira has told Real Madrid that he wants to move and
Arsenal could be his next destination as his country teammates Per Mertesacker, Lukas
Podolski and Mesut Ozil are convincing him to join the Gunners.
Arsenal
Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis has also told that they are considering more high
profile players this summer which gives a hint for
Arsenal
recently completed their first summer signing of Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona for
£30m looks set to bolster their midfield with Khedira.
Currently,
the Germany player is in Brazil for the World Cup, preparing for the final
against Argentina.
Khedira
might be the replacement of Mikel Arteta who might leave this summer as Arsenal
have set the £6million price tag on the Spaniard.
The-27-year-old who
played 13 La Liga games last season will cost nearly £28million.
Like
Alexis Sanchez, Khedira will become another good addition to Arsenal squad who will help them in the coming season.
