Tottenham
Hotspurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has admitted that he will be at White Hart Lane
next season despite of the speculations linking him with a move away from London.
The
London side had a difficult last season which might have opened the exit doors
for the stopper Lloris but the Frenchman is expected to stay in London.
Lloris
who has returned to France with his international squad earlier today helped
his country to reach the quarter finals of the World Cup.
The
27-year-old keeper has strongly been linked with a return to France with big
spenders Paris Saints Germain have shown some interest in his services.
Lloris
replied when he was asked abouth his future: “Yes, I should be at White Hart Lane. I don’t want to speak about my situation now.”
Lloris
currently is relaxing after the World Cup defeat against Germany and wants to
enjoy his vacations.
He
further added: “I need a few days to recover and after that to relax, have a
good rest and come back for next season. I think I will speak soon about that
and we will deal with it."
New
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen to keep the France captain for next
season. The
former Lyon keeper played 45 games for Spurs last season.
