First Arsenal were Disgraced, Then the Gunners were incarcerated, Now they are ready to the English Soil! Arsenal are ready to fight this season for a title with Sanchez.

First they were Disgraced, Then they were incarcerated, Now they are ready to the English Soil!
Long gone the days when Gunners were ridiculed by fellow team fans for not winning a trophy. Arsenal last trophy before their F.A. Cup triumph in May this year was 9 Years ago. They lifted the same trophy back than but it didn’t prove to be a stepping stone to success. Rather it was a start of frustrating journey for Arsene Wenger and Company.  They had to suffer the barren fate for years to come.

When Arsenal lifted FA cup in 2005, nobody predicted that this star studded team will no longer be the same INVINCIBLES they used to be. At that time, there were players like Vieira, Ljungberg, Henry, Ashley Cole and many other big names which used to wear the same red and white top with dignity.

Major Difficulties:
But next season started a series of bad news for Arsenal fans. As time passed by, this team started to fall apart. One season after the other, key players used to leave this club and persuaded more glory. The likes of Vieira, Henry, Ashley Cole were the players who started this turmoil for Arsenal. After every single season to come, Arsenal lost a key player. Another problem for Wenger and Co. was that their new stadium was in progress which brought some difficult times for the North London side. They were spending a major portion of their money on renovating Emirates so not much cash could be inducted in the squad

Arsene Wenger tried to make the most of his remaining squad and managed to qualify for the UEFA Champions League for every same season. But as they say, 4th place is no trophy. When their own nourished players like Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas left them, it was too much for the Gooners to digest. There were huge cries of WENGER OUT during that period. Once their star striker Robin van Persie followed the same path of his fellow players, it feels that it was time for Arsene Wenger to call it a day. Pressure was ever building on the North London side but Arsene Wenger failed to deliver. Than the campaign which was named as,

        "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH….WENGER OUT"

Started to take pace. It was really testing times for Arsenal. A worldwide social media campaign was launched against their boss.

Change in Fortune:
Last season brought some good news for Arsenal Football Club. After failing to sign Suarez or we can say after teasing Liverpool fans, Arsene Wenger splashed the case for the very first time in his career and brought in Mesut Ozil. Arsenal fans were sensing the glory days returning back to Emirates. They started the season with a bang. Until December, there was a huge difference between Arsenal and 2nd place. But it didn’t stand for long. After suffering humiliating defeats by the hands of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, they were back in contention to fight for the last remaining Champions League spot.

It seemed that once again The Gunners will return home empty handed. But this time it was different. This time Nature had a big surprize waiting for them. Arsenal continued their march towards glory in FA Cup and after a thrilling Finale, they managed to clinch their first trophy since 9 long years. It was such a relief for those Arsenal supporters who suffered a bunch of small talk.

Shift in Transfer Policy:
This started a change in their transfer policy. It seems Wenger was waiting for some piece of silverware and after capturing it, he started injecting big players in his squad. Arsenal was linked with big names and they’ve finally managed to lure some talent in there squad. They brought in Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona. It was a tug of war between the gunners and Liverpool but Wenger managed to capitalize on it without much trouble.

The reported transfer fee for Alexis is £32million. This didn’t stop MR. Wenger. He is keen to add as many key players in his squad as possible. It seems Sami Khedira is on his way to Arsenal and there are a couple of other names too. It means that now Arsenal means business. Now big money players are linked with the Gunners and they are ready to match their asking price.

After a long time, teams are afraid of this Arsenal squad which is yet to complete. Although they are not yet ready to challenge for Champions League glory but they are ready to fight for the ultimate prize in English Football.

Barring any unforeseeable consequence, Arsenal are ready to fight for the English Premier League title.
