While
on the other hand, Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina is still in doubts for the
future. Reina’s agent is working hard to solve his future problems as now Napoli have rejected his move. Reina who
spent last year on loan at Napoli still has two years left on his Liverpool
contract.
Reina
told Gazzetta dello Sport, “I want to be calm. There are people who are woarking
on my future,” “I have two years left on my Liverpool contract and the
situation is the same as a month ago. I’ve not spoken to Brendan Rodgers and I
don’t know what Liverpool think. But I have a contract and that is what counts.”
Reina is being eyed by Napoli and Arsenal this summer while reports claimed that
Napoli boss Rafael Benitez is not interested in signing the 31-year-old stopper
on a permanent deal.
