Tottenham Hotspurs are
leading the race for Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez while the other sides
who are chasing him are Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool, according to reports.

Jay Rodriguez is currently out with a knee injury which he suffered against
Manchester City on 5th of April. The English man is expected to be
out for atleast six months. Last week he had a surgery which revealed that he
might be fit before his expected time period.
England boss Roy Hodgson was
ready to give him a chance in the World Cup but Rodriguez's injury has ruined his World Cup dreams.
The 24-year-old who has scored 17 goals this season will return
in November according to news.
While Spurs are still considering him and are in front
of the queue leaving Premier league leaders Liverpool and Manchester City
behind.
Arsenal are also in the race but right now Spurs are
the strongest side interested in him and currently waiting for a positive
response from the doctors in order to make their final decision.
