French
side Paris Saints Germain and Premier League outfit Chelsea have agreed terms
for the Brazilian center half David Luiz.
Skysports
have said that PSG and Chelsea have agreed terms for David Luiz and soon the Brazilian
will be joining the French side.
David
Luiz who is named in the Brazil squad for the coming World Cup next month will
become the most expensive defender in the history of football, the fee is
around £50 million. Luiz now only needs to agree his personal term with the
French club.
The
27-year-old was signed by Chelsea for £20 million from Portuguese side Benfica
in January 2011.

2012, PSG made a record of most expensive defender Thiago Silva from AC Milan
for £35 million, and this year they are set to break their own record. Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand is the second most expensive defender, United paid
£29.1 million to Leeds in 2002.
Chelsea
website has also confirmed, it was stated, “Chelsea Football Club and Paris
Saint Germain have agreed terms for the transfer of David Luiz to the French
club.”
"The
move is now subject to David Luiz agreeing personal terms with PSG and passing
a medical examination."
PSG
have said that Luiz can concentrate on the World Cup.
