BPL Match Preview: Stoke City vs Arsenal and Southampton vs Liverpool.Injury news, stats and predictions.

Here is a little preview of two most important games of the weekend.

BPL Match Preview: 28th Week (Important games)

Stoke City vs Arsenal
Today Referee Michael Jones will start a game between Stoke City and London side Arsenal at Britannia Stadium in the 28th week of the Barclays Premier League.

Arsenal are eyeing to retake their first place as Chelsea have taken it few weeks ago. The Blues are one point above the Gunners.

Stoke City injury list includes: Robert Huth, Oussama Assaidi, Peter Odemwingie, Jonathan Walters. The first two Huth and Assaidi will be unavailable while the other two might return from their respective injuries.

Arsenal injury list includes: Kim Kallstrom, Aaron Ramsey, Abou Diaby, Theo Walcott, Kieran Gibbs, and Nacho Monreal. The starting four names are out for this clash while the last two are doubtful.

Stat: “Stoke striker Peter Crouch has scored seven league goals against Arsenal.”

Prediction:
Stoke City 1-1 Arsenal

Southampton vs Liverpool 
Southampton will face Liverpool today in a late game at St Mary's Stadium. Referee will be Lee Probert.

Liverpool are six points ahead of 5th place Tottenham and a win today will give them more confidence to maintain their position in the league table.

Southampton injury list is very short, they have only two players and both of them have a minor injury. Jos Hooiveld has an eye problem and Victor Wanyama has a calf injury. Both might return today.

Liverpool injury list includes: Sebastian Coates, Jose Enrique, Lucas Leiva, Mamadou Sakho, these all will miss this fixture.

Stat: “Liverpool need one goal to match their haul for the whole of last season (71).”

Prediction:
Southampton 1-3 Liverpool
