Liverpool news: Sky Sports, Aspas to start once again, says Toure. Aspas scored the brilliant volley in the third round of FA Cup.

Liverpool defender Kolo Toure thinks that Iago Aspas’ goal against Oldham Athletic in FA cup on Sunday will give him the confidence in the coming Liverpool fixtures.

Aspas goal can boost his chances, says Toure

Iago Aspas joined Liverpool in the last summer from LaLiga side Celta Vigo, he started well in pre-seasons but in Premier League due to injuries and problems he could not settled himself.

The 26-year-old has made 11 appearances in the red jersey in all competitions. The Ivorian defender Toure said that he can start his LFC career again after that volley.

Toure said that he is young and was fantastic at Celta but this league is the most competitive and best league in the world.
The Spaniard needs time to settle, he has made few appearances due to his injury.

While Sterling who set up that goal for Aspas told that he is improving and he works hard in the training ground, and Sunday’s performance will hopefully be a big positive for the number nine.

While on the other hand Toure added regarding Daniel Agger injury, which he suffered during the FA Cup game. He said that injuries are the part of the game, players pick injuries when they give 100% on the pitch and LFC players usually give 100%.

What do you think?
