AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has ruled out all the rumours linking
Porto midfielder Fernando to the Serie A side.
Galliani
has admired him but said that there is nothing, they target many players but
they have not made any contact with the Fernando’s agent. While Napoli and
Inter Milan are also following the Brazilian.
Premier
League sides Manchester United and Liverpool are also interested in the
26-year-old defensive midfielder. Fernando has started 19 games for Porto in
all competitions this season.
Recently
the seven times Champions League winners revealed their new attacking midfielder
Keisuke Honda who signed on a free transfer from CSKA Moscow.
Honda
said "I feel you expect a lot. So I know I have to show and I have to
satisfy you. I think I have to make many goals, many assists. I will do my best
and I will give some special things for the team.”
Honda
has signed a three year deal and Milan are hoping Honda can help them to go up
in the league table, currently on 11th place. Valencia player Adil
Rami has also signed for Milan on loan.
Galliani
has told that they have to sell some players before bringing more new faces to
San Siro.
He
said that now they have a group of thirty players and before buying new they
should sell. He will allow players who are willing to leave the Italian side.
