Well
it has been a seriously hard time for “MANCHESTER UNITED”, since the departure
of beloved Sir Alex Ferguson. Sir Alex was regarded as one of the best football
managers in the world, in his period 1986-2013 he took the club entirely to a
next level. For a Red Devil he was a lion whose hunger and devotion to the game
lead to its success. During his time he created a number of players like Ryan Giggs,
Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo etc.
During
his 26 years at the club he won United 38 trophies.
After
his retirement David Moyes who was previously managing Everton, was given the
responsibility to manage the club. However uptil now David Moyes has seemed to
be a complete flop. Fans are criticizing for it is Moyes who is responsible for
the club currently standing on 8th position in the English premier
league. Criticize him for as long as you want, but the thing is its quiet
unfair to judge him yet. He has hardly settled into this club and you cannot
expect golden results from him.
Before
you comment on this just compare SAF career with Moyes.
David Moyes was with a club which yes had a bright future but was not of that quality
compared to the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, etc. He had never worked
with a huge budget, a huge fan following and yes Big name like Rooney or Van Persie.
While
Fergie is a legend he made players and established a reputation for his club. He
left behind a legacy which is a challenge for Moyes to follow. I never question
Moyes ability to hold the club or lead it to win the title, well he is a
capable man who just needs some time to groom himself to an entirely different
surrounding. Manchester United team, as for now is quiet week. After Fergie’s
retirement, their weakness is being exposed, and it is now upto Moyes, how he
answers the situation. United has unveiled that in January transfer window
their budget would be about 108 million pounds and great players would be
brought to the club.
If
you are a true united fan stop criticizing and start believing in your team and
his manager. Large things come in small packages, well Moyes may seem small but
MANCHESTER UNITED has a bright future with him.
ok.
