Manchester City have ruled out the rumours that Sergio
Aguero will be moving to Spain to join Real Madrid, who have put the name of the
Argentinean at the top of the transfer list.
Aguero was signed for £38 million from Atlético Madrid
in 2011.The 25 year old is currently the top goal scorer with ten goals in the
Barclays Premier League. His overall record with City since 2011 is also very
good scoring 63 goals in 104 games. Recently he impressed in a 3-0 win over
Swansea City.
City boss Manuel Pellegrini has said after the Swansea
game that he does not know about the rumours and he does not think so that
Aguero wants to leave Etihad.
It is over a week when the Chilean manager was asked
about his players’ future including Yaya Toure, another key player of City was
also linked away from Etihad.
But the boss is confident and said that both of them
are happy.
While on the other side, Pellegrini expects skipper
Vincent Kompany to return after two months of break due to a thigh injury.
Manchester City have returned back into Premier League
action after the great win over Tottenham Hotspurs two weeks ago. They will
face West Bromwich Albion in this midweek.
If he leaves City for Madrid then probably he would
not be the player as he is now, because it is difficult in the presence of
Ronaldo and now Bale to be the top player for the club.
