Arsenal
beat Crystal Palace by 2 goals to nil at Selhurst Park to stay at top of the
table with 22 points. Thanks to Oliver Giroud and Mikel Arteta for scoring the
goals, Arteta later got a Red card due to a foul on former Gunner Marouane
Chamakh.
The
record signing Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid on the transfer dead line day has
really changed the atmosphere at Arsenal, but will this be helpful in front of
big teams?
Gunners
have not played against any big team except Tottenham. They won 1-0 against
Spurs at Emirates last month. November will be a tough month for Arsenal as
they will face Chelsea in Capital one Cup, Liverpool and Manchester United in
Premier League and finally Ligue 1 side Marseille in Champions League.
Chelsea’s
new manager Jose Mourinho is working hard to bring the best out of his players.
Yesterday Fernando Torres scored the winner in the 90th minute for
Chelsea against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. The Spaniard also set up an
easy goal for Andrea Schurrle.
Liverpool
are also totally different this season and with the presence of Luis Suarez and
Daniel Sturridge, they are exceptional. Suarez and Sturridge also known as the
SAS are performing very well scoring and helping each other almost in every
match. The Uruguayan scored an amazing hat-trick and Sturridge with a super
chip resulting in a 4-1 win against West Bromwich Albion at Anfield last
Saturday.
While
on the other hand, David Moyes is having a hard time at Manchester United but
in last match he showed a great response by managing his team to make a comeback
against Stoke City at Old Trafford. The match ended as 3-2 in favour of United.
Winning
against these three clubs will give a great boost to Arsenal that will help
them in the title challenge.
Test? What test? :/
