Gunners
are willing to capture the Fernando Llorente on loan who is not getting enough
time in Italy.
Juventus
striker Llorente is keen to move in order to play World Cup next year in Brazil.
The 28 year old has hinted that he is wishing to join Arsenal in the coming
window. He is not getting enough time on the pitch at Juventus which would definitely
affect his World Cup chances as there is a lot of competition in Spain team. In
order to keep his World Cup hopes alive he need to play more for that he is
looking for a move.
The
6 ft 5 in striker left Athletic Bilbao for Juventus last summer, where he has appeared
only for six times in their jersey. He has played 22 games for Spain and has
already won World Cup and European Championship with them and is still hungry
for more.
Arsenal
were also interested in his services before he joined the Italian giants. Now
Gunners have been alerted to his potential availability.
The
28 year old Spaniard could help Arsenal with his qualities and could give a hard
time to Olivier Giroud, who is the only senior and fit striker present in
Arsenal squad.
Arsenal
are still hoping to sign Liverpool striker Luis Suarez in January, while
Spanish giants Real Madrid are also interested in him. Arsenal are currently on
top of the English league and if they continue their good form then they will
have the positive point that can attract the Uruguayan to join the London
outfit.
