QPR
offer accepted.
Scottish side Celtic have accepted a £5million offer
from QPR for Gary Hooper. The 25 year old striker is expected to sign for QPR
in the following week. He has scored 82 goals in 138 appearances for Celtic.
Norwich, Nottingham Forest and some other clubs were also interested in him.
African midfielder Victor Wanyama, 21, has already
moved to Premier League side Southampton for a fee of £12.5million from Celtic.
Sevilla
set to sign PSG striker.
France international striker Kevin Gameiro is expected
to complete a move to Spanish outfit Sevilla on Wednesday. The 26 year old will
sign a five year deal if he passes the medical. The fee is around to be €8
million. He scored 8 goals in 26 league games for PSG last season.
PSG manager Laurent Blanc has confirmed that Gamerio
will be leaving PSG soon.
He was also linked to Liverpool earlier this transfer
window.
Chelsea
starlet wants to join on loan.
Chelsea teenager Nathaniel Chalobah has told that he
wants to move to another Premier League club on loan. England U21 international
Chalobah enjoys his spell at Watford last season where he featured 42 times for
the Championship club. The 18 year old is highly regarded by his manager Jose Mourinho.
Currently, he is a part of Chelsea’s preseason tour.
Brazilian midfielder Lucas Piazon who spent second
half of the last season on loan at Malaga is also likely to leave Stamford
Bridge on loan.
Napoli
close in signing two players.
Sky Sports saying that Argentina striker Gonzalo
Higuain and Spain goalkeeper Pepe Reina are having medicals in Rome. The 30
year old keeper is expected to join Italian side Napoli on a season long loan
from Liverpool. Whereas, Higuain, 26, will complete a permanent move of £30m to
Napoli from Real Madrid.
Higuain will replace Edinson Cavani, who was sold to
Paris Saints Germain (PSG) earlier this month for a fee of £56m.
Former
Arsenal, Madrid and Roma striker is returning home.
Julio Baptista has agreed to join Brazilian side Cruzeiro. Malaga
told that the have reached a friendly agreement with Baptista last week to terminate the
Brazilian’s contract.
The 31-year-old Brazil international scored 14 goals
in 33 games for Malaga.
Tottenham
star Gareth Bale is close in joining the Spanish giants.
The 24 year old who was named as both the PFA young player
and PFA players’ player of the year last season is on the verge of joining the
