Former Tottenham
and England midfielder Glenn Hoddle wants Gareth Bale to stay at White Hart
Lane. The 55 year old former England manager also told that he may join another
club in England, Manchester United or City. He also added that he could get
Champions League football there but he still wants him to stay at Tottenham.
Bale, 23, is
closely being monitored by Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Everton rejected United Baines offer.
Everton has
rejected a bid of £12million for the left back Leighton Baines from Manchester
United. David Moyes wants his former player at United but the Toffees are ready
to fight tooth and nail. Baines has two years left on his contract. The 28 year

is now 32 years old and has been linked with a return to Monaco. Moyes wants Baines

Maicon would
like to remain at Manchester City according to the player’s agent. The 31 year
old made 7 appearances for City last season.

According to French club Le Havre, Sunderland have
reached an agreement to sign their teenager Benjamin Mendy. The 18 year old
defender has represented his country at under 16 to under 18 level. The left back
has also been linked with Arsenal and Lyon.
Tevez
asked Pellegrini to leave City.
Carlos Tevez has admitted that he asked Manuel
Pellegrini for a move away from the Etihad Stadium. He has signed a three year
deal with Italian giants Juventus. Tevez is the new number 10 of Juventus.
