Martial joined Manchester United for a fee around £36million on the transfer deadline day. The striker has been exceptional for the Red Devils since his move. He has netted four goals in six appearances so far in all campaigns.

Martial who faced the Gunners last weekend was on the Gunners’ radar in the summer window, according to several reports However, the French boss clearly told that he was never in the race to sign him.
