Serie A side Palermo have confirmed the links with Arsenal for Paulo Dybala, according to Daily Mirror.
The Serie A star player has been one of the top target for top English sides including Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Rosanero president Maurizio Zamparini that the club are likely to offload the player with several top bids are on the table.
He told Sky Italia that he is discussion with the English outfits and soo the deal will be agreed.
“I’m speaking directly to the presidents of the teams interested in England.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United are also keen on his move but Metro's reports reveal that the North London side are in front of the race and will sign the 21-year-old in the summer for a fee around €40million.
Arsenal have been linked heavily in the recent weeks, with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger know to be a big admirer.
Dybala is named as the New Sergio Aguero and could be one of the top player if he proves himself like Aguero in the Premier League.
He has netted 12 goals and assisted 7 times for Palermo so far this season in all competitions.
