It has been reported over the past few weeks that Cristiano Ronaldo is considering a way back to Old Trafford but now the Portuguese international has claimed that he is not planning for a return to England.

Ronaldo joined United in 2003 from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon for a fee around £13million.

The 29-year-old played six fantastic seasons at Old Trafford. He scored 118 in 292 games for the Red Devils. He won every trophy with the English side including three Premier League titles, a FA Cup, two League Cups and a Champions League title.

He left United in 2009 for Madrid, they paid world record transfer fee of £80million which was later broken for Gareth Bale.

Currently, he is playing his sixth season for Los Blancos, he has scored 264 goals in 254 games.  He has won La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League.

Ronaldo is well aware of current news running on the media but he remains fully committed to Madrid.

He said after scoring four goals against Elche: “They are all speculations about my future.”

“My future is Madrid. I'm happy this season is going well and my future, I will not speak about, it does not make sense."
