AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli will complete his Liverpool move in the coming week according to several reports.

The former Manchester City striker was in Liverpool yesterday to complete his medical and to discuss personal terms ahead of his £16million proposed move to Anfield.

It was reported earlier today that Liverpool are planning to make a clause on account of his past disciplinary issues but now LFC manager Brendan Rodgers played down these talks and will offer him a normal contact.

His agent Mino Raiola told regarding the contract: “"Mario won't have a different contract than the other Liverpool's players - he has to behave with the code of conduct of the club like everyone else.”

His agent also revealed that there were no English side interested in his services except Liverpool.

HE further added told: “Liverpool have always been the only club which I have dealt with for Mario in England.”

The Italian striker played three seasons at Manchester City before moving to his homeland to join AC Milan. He left City because he wanted to play football freely which he could not get at Etihad stadium according to his agent.

For AC Milan, he scored 30 goals in 54 games in two seasons.

Balotelli is a great move made by Brendan Rodgers, he will surely become a key player for Liverpool in the future.
