Arsenal one of the best signing in the history. Wenger signed him from Juventus in 1999. Arsenal paid £11 million to Juventus for the star striker who later proved his worth.
Henry made more than 350 appearances in an Arsenal jersey before leaving them for Barcelona in 2007. 
Currently he is the number 14 for New York Red Bulls.

4. Andrey Arshavin
Arshavin arrived in London to join Arsenal in 2009 summer after playing nine seasons with  the Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg. Arsenal paid £14.5 million for the Russian forward.
While after playing 3.5 years at Arsenal he was sent on six months loan to his childhood club Zenit. After returning from loan he played just a season in which he made only 7 Premier League appearances and then returned to Russia to re-join Zenit on permanent basis.

3. Sylvain Wiltord
Arsenal signed Wiltord from Bordeaux for £15.4 million in 2000. The France international was the part of unbelievable unbeaten season of Arsenal.
He made more than 170 appearances for gunners during his 4 year stay in London.

After playing an impressive season at Malaga, Arsenal Wenger hijacked the Spaniard for £16.7 million. Cazorla has played 76 games in which he has scored 18 goals for the Gunners.
Last season he was named as the Arsenal player of the season.

Arsenal made their new record by signing Mesut Ozil last summer from Real Madrid for £44 million. Ozil also became the most expensive German player in the history.
The 25-year-old German playmaker has already made a great impact in the Premier league, he is currently assisted 8 times and is 2nd on the most assist table in the Premier league just one behind Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney.
